Monica's Waterfront Bakery & Cafe

This fun little place is one of my favorite spots to stop for a breakfast or lunch when I'm in Silverdale. This time I arrived at 11 am. There was no line. By the time I got my order in for a bacon/cheddar croissant sandwich with chips and an old-fashioned Coke and turned around, the line was out the door! So watch out if you plan to come at lunch time! My best friend arrived a few minutes after me and braved the crowds to get her quiche and cookie. After we ate, she pulled out her anagrams game, which we played at the table. It's great fun to be able to hang out for a bit before going on to shopping and errands!

Got 5 stars because they met all my wickets. Food was good, low on variety. Coffee was, good, but just. People were outstanding and very friendly. Advertised as a bakery, limited on selection. Tables up stairs were nice and you can sit outside. Overall nice place.

Monica's Waterfront did our catering for the Kitsap Running Summit and it was fabulous! The packaged up some yummy breakfast and lunch individual to-go boxes for our guests and it worked out just perfectly. The meals were filling, delicious, fresh, and affordable. Added bonus that they were just around the corner from our event. Pick-up was so smooth. We were so well taken care of and I couldn't recommend them more! I've also been here for lunch with friends and it was equally delicious and lovely to be in their cafe.

Nice little bakery close to the waterfront with tasty breakfast selection and delicious pastries. Friendly staff helped for the selection and served the order to the table. Also coffee and beverages were really good.

Monica's Cafe/bakery was delightful! The food was the best new lunch place I've been to all summer. Different kinds of salads, soups, wraps, sandwiches, all homemade with vegan options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Serves beer, milkshakes and good coffee. I loved it all and will definately return. Update July 2023: I just had Monica's bakery make a vegan coconut sheet cake for a baby shower. It was delicious, the best vegan cake we have ever had! 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update August 2024, we keep going back for the big events, baby showers, birthdays, they make the best cakes, cupcakes etc

We always buy bread at the farmers market but decided to check out the cafe. We got 2 sandwiches & 2 coffees (cold brew & latte) & everything was absolutely delicious! They had a ton of delicious looking baked goods & even dog treats to buy. Definitely a new favorite spot

This is an absolute gem in Silverdale. Located in the waterfront district of Silverdale/Old Town, Monica's is a pillar of the community. There is a small space downstairs for seating and the whole upstairs is filled with lovely places to sit with friends or by yourself. Their coffee is bold and tasty with everything from drip to espresso to cold brew. They have plenty of sandwich and quiches (not gluten free) and tasty treats (some gluten free and on rotation, be sure to check if they have something GF to offer before your go). Today we saw them post a crust less key lime pie in cupcake format, on their social media and knew my wife and I needed one. It did NOT disappoint. Beautifully created and incredibly delicious it pared perfectly neither their bold coffee. Can't wait to see what GF options and items come next.

I ordered a cake for my son’s second birthday, and it was perfect! The customer service over the phone was friendly and helpful, and the in-person pickup was just as welcoming. I left the cake’s design entirely to the artist’s discretion, and it turned out beautifully—better than I could have imagined. Thank you so much!
